My town did not appear to be hip to the whole Earth Hour concept, so I totally skipped it. With temperatures dipping below 30 at night still, it wasn't very tempting. Via Slashfood, Food bloggers weren't about to take the night off from eating well. No interesting uncooked recipes from me, I haven't had a lot of energy for cooking lately.
